%$!!!!$%$# with tackle included

Post by What a mess »

Went to the Hatchee with high hope 20 boats said no bites at all ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Pulled out went to you guessed it the Warrior pushed out after three water dark and cold 40's puffs of mud lazy Reds and Trout.
Two for my buddie on 2000 in Pin Fish three for me on a bite a bait plus a 1/2 dozen misses first fish James had seen in days.
Chug Bug was our observer. Not real fun but I would like to point out I did not get skunked nor did my buddie Dave.

I called JR's the said don't come I called James at the Warrior he said two of the best he new blanked three days running and not to bother. I had the best mess he has seen sinced it started to turn cold with three fish. I was told at Steinhatchee zero fish Mon & Tues a few yesterday. I found that out after the boat was in the water tomorrow could be good it has been warming Sat. if the weather is as predicted it will mess it up again. the water was not muddy but real stained caught them very close to the bar falling tide a few mullet jumping. I really want to wack em one time this year before winter ends.

Ok. I got skunked. I'm man enough to admit it. It only happens once a year and WAM got to see it. :smt012 What is a WAP anyway? :smt005 The fish that were caught were nice and I was glad to see them guys catch em. None of the three saltwater lures I own where the right ones. :smt009

On another note:

Is it an official arse wooping if the guy doing the arse wooping is in another boat? Fish catching wise?

I have been called a big old teddy bear before never been called that much. I thought it ment something else but I was pretty sure it wasn't a term of endearment.

Answer the mans question if we aren't in the same boat not in a tournement and I catch a lot more fish than you did were you whipped by me?

I had enough tackle and lures in the boat to start a fishing club and none of my bags have a lock on them you are always welcome on my boat to use what you want.

Unless its the last one the only thing thats working and after I catch a mess I will most likely hand you the rod with it still tied on I did it for my niehbor. salute3

I know I could of used it but that would have been cheating.

If I am fishing a tournament and a guy in another boat catches a limit and I didn't.... I got my arse wooped. :)

There is only one way to solve this problem lets go again and you can strut your stuff.

The guy that was in the boat with me last year when you caught more than us said it don't count.

Dave said it does, I know that when I was at the dock and I had fish most didn't foks didn't take it personal and think I whipped them.

I challenge you to a duel bite a baits and grubs at ten paces when are we going?

And buy some of those dang sure fire grubs 1'st every time I see you thats all they will bite and your last grub.

  You did right,WAM. Me and Dad were at Stinkhatchee with the rest of the boats yesterday and like you said, no bites at all. We fished a mile above the bridge and several places to the mouth and couldn't buy a bite. But it sure was a purty day.We even talked about we shoulda went to St. Marks to play with the short trout there. I don't think the East wind and the tide coming in was good yesterday, our boat hardly moved even when not anchored. We gave it up about 2 PM. :smt009

Nothing taken personal. :-D That's all I ever have of those special grubs is one. All I had yesterday was two and busted both those off on the oysters so I'm out. :smt012 BTW...I'm sidin with Dave on this one.
