Marina "near" Spring creek?

Post by GC »

New boat doesn't have external gas tanks. Looking for a place to fill up without having to take the boat out of the water?? Shell Point is closed! Shell island is a LONG way!
Should I just plan on bringing gas cans to fill up with?

Any suggestions?

Pretty sure Port Panacea is your closest Marina with on the water fuel. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

This is unverified But I heard that the Shell point ramp is now open "$10 to launch" and that the other facilities will be forethcoming shortly :-D

Thanks! I'll bring a few cans just in case.
wevans, I heard the ramp is open too, but only on the weekends and only when someone is there to collect money, and I heard $10 to launch also.
Maybe they'll get'er up and running again.

There is a ramp behind the Spring Creek restaurant now that charges $5 to launch and they have parking! :smt023
