New boat doesn't have external gas tanks. Looking for a place to fill up without having to take the boat out of the water?? Shell Point is closed! Shell island is a LONG way!
Should I just plan on bringing gas cans to fill up with?
Any suggestions?

This is unverified But I heard that the Shell point ramp is now open "$10 to launch" and that the other facilities will be forethcoming shortly

wevans, I heard the ramp is open too, but only on the weekends and only when someone is there to collect money, and I heard $10 to launch also.
Maybe they'll get'er up and running again.
There is a ramp behind the Spring Creek restaurant now that charges $5 to launch and they have parking!
