Well is was worth braving the weather. Saturday turned out to be a beautiful day, minus the stiff breeze that set in around 2pm. I was able to locate a couple of really nice fish dispite the extremely merky waters in both the rivers and bay. All fish were caught on Horny Toad Frogs (weedless) fished along oyster bars.
Sunday was not quite as nice. Overcast all day with an extremely low tide. Stayed in the St. Marks and caught and released 6 trout, nothing huge all were caught on a sinking Mirror Lure. Can't wait for Tournament day!

Fished Saturday afternoon and found this one and some shorts. Also a nice sheep's head. Fished Sunday all shorts. Can't say where due to legal issues with JT's holes.

Dang! That's a purty one.

Went Saturday and didn't find anything... Still nice to be out there. Water was clearer than I thought it would be and no grass.

fished sunday and it sucked. no water at the Lighthouse, so I had to launch at the Fort, which added several cold miles to the trip. Nary a nibble to be found, though I did see a couple reds. Wind was brutual!
In the end we will conserve only what we love. We will love only what we understand. And we will understand only what we are taught.

Went out the Aucilla Saturday. No fish, but I did spot a beautiful chunk of Indian pottery on the bank.
