Forgot to gas up the boat one time. When I realized that I was low
I feathered it all the way back in. Then it ran out of gas when motoring back onto the trailer.
To fish, or not to fish, . . . those are the answers.

Re: What have you forgot?
Last year took a 4 day trip, for once i thought i had remembered to bring everything (including the 2nd cooler for fish forget that all the time) after the first day i relized i forgot cloths... Hit up the local gift shop and the local laundry mat became my friend.
Re: What have you forgot?
This is my inshore list I use 95% of the time I go fishing. I keep it on my computer desktop as a word document and print it out the night before. When I start on this list I already have the boat hooked-up and know I have enough gas/oil and charged batteries.
Fishing List
Sunglasses + cloth
Lip balm
Jungle hat + baseball hat
Sunscreen - apply/pack
Garmins
Rods
Plugs
Battery switch
Primer bulb
Trolling motor plug
Sandwich
Snacks
Gatorades/Waters
Beers
Windbreaker
Koozie
ICE?
Mustang?
I check my list in the morning before I head out. I get everything packed and I decide whether I need ice or not. Then I flip over the list, write my float plan on the back along with what time I will call or text. I leave the list on the kitchen counter (float plan up) and go fishing.
