Here's your report CT

Post by Bow'd Up »

Put in Ecofina round noon Sunday. Tried to be a good soul by idling past some folks fishing the bank just past the no wake zone. Eased just past them, tried to ease her up on plane and bam. After a few choice words, tried it again and off we go. All the way to the warrior to fish some of JT's money holes and did not catch a damn thing. 4pm, head back to hill. Get the boat on the trailer and look back at the motor when Matthew pulls up the ramp and just start laughing my arse off. Matthew asks what I'm laughing at, I say look at the prop. 1 blade looks like a horse shoe and the next one is bent up pretty good too :smt010 . Boat is now at the dealership getting a new prop shaft and propeller. How the damn thing ran as good as it did for at 28 mile round trip, I'll never know :smt009

sorry to hear about the carnage guys. You going to be up and running by Saturday, or will you be in the Fishin' Sticks barge?

I had plans of heading to the coast Sunday, but the high winds and low tide sent me bassin'

You picked a good day not to be on the gulf. Mechanic says the boat will be ready by Friday afternoon
