Re: Prop--
On your boat, lost top end but some gain on the hole shot. Don't know what pitch you're running, but I have a Turbo Flats 4 you can try before you order a new prop. Turbo and Stiletto are the same company, and the same prop.
What was I supposed to do today?
Re: Prop--
You need to look at it in a simple way. When you go from 3 blades to 4 blades you simply "push more water". Therefore, your holeshot would be much better to get on plane quicker. As far as top end is concerned, if you run the same pitch, you typically will not see much of a difference there. If there is a difference it would be slight. Another thing is that a 4 blade will often offer a little less vibration at idle in gear vs a 3 blade. I hope this helps.
Re: Prop--
THNX ALL, It is mainly for a back up and to use while my 3 blade is sent to Gator Propeller to get reworked-
for the money I'm thinking it will be a good spare-
it is the same pitch/diameter I am currently running, 14 1/2 x 20-

Re: Prop--
Same size prop I'm running. 4 blade will give you better hole shot and more grip in turns but no gain in speed
