Can anyone tell me where there is a Windows program that will convert loran to lat/lon that won't cost an arm and a leg?
I know my GPS will convert after the loran coordiantes are entered but I have received a load of old numbers and would like to do the conversions and make a hard copy.
Thanks
Charlie
The Spanish were on the flats this weekend and we had a blast.

Try this. I've used it to convert some Loran #'s. You'll still need to look a little, but it puts you in the ballpark.

Thanks,
I have been trying this one since I found it this afternoon. It's a DOS program. I've been told there are windows programs for conversions that work easire. If I don't find one I'll have to sue this. If I do I'll let you know.
