grouper

Two boats fishing in same area caught total of 12 grouper trolling over same area. not bad for a slow day. Caught 2 reds on cut bait, pink mouth grunts cut in half and used the tail end. ...wouldn't hit the head : Water not clear and unable to see bottom in 35 foot.

The green tiger stretch still bait of choice.
Black and gold also caught a few but 75% caught on green. Fished several spots 35' to 45 feet with only fish hitting in shallower water.

Caught several large spanish on stretches also. Missed a good run on stretch of some sort, probably a king.

Hope to have a better report next week. Is there any wahoo out there?
Had some fresh caught wahoo tonight from the Atlantic. Sure would like to get into some of them.

I work to fish. See you next wk. Carley

There out there. About 100 miles SW. There is normally 1 or 2 caught around S-tower in the summer.
