Some pics of the new Vengeance
Here is some pics of my new skiff. I can honestly say, I found my dreamboat. I know many are ready to give up on finding THE ONE, but keep looking, there is one out there for you. Really though, I am super happy with my new skiff. I have had the chance to fish on it for a few weeks now and have really put her through her paces. As for the numbers, low 40's on speed, 6-7" draft poling with one on front and back (225lbs each-gas-gear). Ride is as good as it gets on a poling skiff. Ran the open bay up here in nw fla with a 15kt crosswind last week and did not have to wipe my glasses off. Pretty darn quiet on the pole, not silent as no boat is. Poles very well, tracks straight when you are moving, and spins on a dime.
