How many of you have or have had Humminbird depth machines that develop a "burned" screen?

Maybe if you didn't park the boat out in the weather 24/7 the screen would last longer :-D just a thought

The 2 in question are Matrix 17.
One is 5 years old and stays on the boat.
I figure that is part of the problem with it.
The other is 3 years old and has been off the boat in the house most of the time.
The other 4 are 4-6 years old and have been on and off the boat.

Sounds like someone needs to make a trip over to Garmin country.

Call Scott Allgood or wait until the May NFGFC meeting and talk to him then.
