Aucilla rain and rocks

Post by onefishtwofish »

Decided to go today, rain be danged. Glad we did. Did not tear the fish up, only the prop! :( It can be reconned for a backup anyways. New one on order.

Caught three just keeper trout and one a shade over 24". Since we have been blanked the last few times, it felt like a success. No joy on the reds. We left the trout on a slow bite to try for reds, but when the tide got high, the trout had shut down.

Water temp was 57-59 most of the day and dark dark dark.

I read it correctly. He broke his prop. Beats not breakin' a prop if you are sitting at home or a chili cookoff.
Prop breakin' means you are doing something constructive.
