Fishing Destin Guide or Site member HELP needed

Post by What a mess »

My BIL & SIL will be in Destin April 8-15. My wife and I will join them. He wants to fish and I do to. I have tried to look up area guides and they start at $440.00 for four hours. I could bring my Carolina Skiff and fish him inshore but that is a long way to trailer for one day of fishing. I am hoping that a forum member may have some type of alternative. Would anyone be willing to take us fishing or do you know a non 6 pack guide that has a good history but a two angler boat for a better rate. It is hard for me to get stoked about paying the going rate down there for a six pack when there won't be but the two of us to share the cost. Dennis is full time National Gaurd working on the planes in Whichita KS and has all his adult life and I was a Jar Head. Of course if a forum member could do it we would cover every cost fuel, bait, ice, beer, and if its JT a goat.

WAM OUT salute3

Tidedancer if your shoulder is up to it I would run over there.

The license has no bearing on the price - most only carry two to four.

If you want to come 45 minutes to the east contact Capt. Leake - he will work with you - http://panamacityinshore.com/

Capt. Jim is another choice in Destin - http://www.bluebayoutfitters.com/Home_Page.html
