musical extremes

Post by RHTFISH »

Time to get it on!!!!!!!!!

My best concert buddy (my lovely daughter) and I will be Atlanta at Phillips Arena tomorrow night for the current Bon Jovi extravaganza.
Saturday night we'll be in a field at the Sasser flea market for Clarence Carter and Percy Sledge.
The venues will be the opposite ends of extreme but music should be great at both!
Life is good!

The fishes will just have to wait another week! :-D
It may be that my sole purpose in life is simply to serve as a warning to others.

Don't you worry a bit, RHTFISH, we'll keep a close eye on the Econfina fish while you're gone!

Hope you all have a GREAT time!

And I'm with you on appreciating the musical extremes... wonder if my mp3 player is the only one in the world with Bing Crosby, Grandpa Jones, Bill Monroe, Alison Krauss, Drop Kick Murphys, Rage Against the Machine, and Lil Jon & the East Side Boyz all on the same playlist!

BBG....I've just upgraded ipods (from my ancient nano to Itouch) so my grands were congratulating me last weekend on joining the "now" generation.
After looking through some of my playlists they declared..."Poppy, your playlists should be in the history section of the Smithsonian!" :o
