It sure is heavy, 2,650 lbs. dry weight per the factory

I don't care for the way they did the bow layout. I would prefer a large raised casting deck. The weight is in line with the rest of their boats. Parkers are heavy, but very well built. It looks like they used an offshore boat layout to get into the bay boat market.
What was I supposed to do today?

I fished out of a Dorado 23 one time and the bow is laid out similarly. I suppose if it was calm and you had the sea legs for it you could stand up there on the deck cap to fish. It looks like it would be awkward to put a trolling motor on it too.
