Mr. DT...got to wonder how much they're going to pay the "new" ACORN to organize and supervise this project?

This is going to cost millions and could hold up a lot of projects. The term is "eco-terrorism". Get used to it. With our liberal guberment, these folks feel empowered to make silly requests.
