Fishin 5/14-5/16

My buddy and I are bass fishing a team trail this summer that has a tournament every other thursday night from 6-10 pm all summer long until the end of august so friday we decided to prefish for thursday and see if we could find any fish in Lake Jackson. Well we found quite a bit this friday afternoon with our biggest being around three pounds. Then saturday morning 5/15 I ran out to the coast around Carrabelle and had the boat in the water around 9 am. After a few casts with the cast net we had several pilchards in the bait well and headed out to the bay. We drifted across the flats all day and loaded up with seatrout making for a good dinner. Then this morning we fished a lake by the house and caught 15 bass all small. We then finished the weekend trolling around the lake in circles with beetle spins and picked up several brim and a few specs and a small bass.
