Nice boat Rob, 2 words drift sock I had a 20 footer and they are great to fish off of, but they do drift fast on the flats. hope yall enjoy it.

Good advice and definitely on the list. Would you recommend getting two though? One for the front and one for the rear?

He is going to say yes. His boat was like a parachute on windy days. However it was without a doubt the most comfortable fishing trips I have ever experienced on board that pontoon.

Water test went great and the beast is in the yard. It definitely fills the rear view mirror of the F150. That Yammy is sweet sweet sweet.

Nice boat Rob! Now you need to plan another trip to PSJ and try your hand @ scalloping. Be sure to bring the kids, they will love it.

Rob, in a year when they are thick out of St. Marks (don't know that will be this year with all the rain) you needn't fear bull sharks. Folks gather so thick together at the scalloping grounds that it's more like visiting a YMCA pool on a hot summer day... so many folks, no room for sharks. Seriously, it's a blast!!!

Ok, I was waiting to report on how the boat is after we had a little time with it. Yesterday was our 3rd all day trip and I gotta say this boat is awesome. The engine is even better than I had hoped. Starts smooth, easy, and queitly every time. Lots of torque and will push the boat at around 26 WOT with 3 folks and a 1/4 tank of gas. Cruises easly at around 23 mph. Planes very easily also. Believe it or not this pontoon will plane. The 25 inch pontoons appear to make a big difference on this and also allows for a very smooth ride even on rough water. Everytime I take it out the more I am impressed. It does well on gas also. I've stayed out all day long pulling kids on tubes or running WOT from one end of the lake to the other (GPS said we did 30 miles on the odometer) and we used 6.5 gallons of gas. I'm happy with that.
