First two trips

Post by newboy »

This year has started slow. Ecky on the 15th was slow but I did manage a few bsb and two keeeper trout. I did get my first flounders. That was cool.

This past saturday I hit Panacea and its beyond slow. I did catch my first redfish and now i understand the attraction. That thing pulled like a dump truck and was only 19.5". I can't imagine what one in the 30 inch range could do.

I can't figure out how to post pics, Anybody able to help me out?

Dem flounders is good eats!

I think you have to post from another site. Somewhere on here is a tutorial on how to do it I believe.
Ducks, turkeys, flats fishing. Who has time for golf?

In the FAQ Section:

Can I post images?
Images can indeed be shown in your posts. However, there is no facility at present for uploading images directly to this board. Therefore you must link to an image stored on a publicly accessible web server, e.g. http://www.forumpictureprocessor.com/pi ... efault.asp. You cannot link to pictures stored on your own PC (unless it is a publicly accessible server) nor to images stored behind authentication mechanisms such as Hotmail or Yahoo mailboxes, password-protected sites, etc. To display the image use either the BBCode [img] tag or appropriate HTML (if allowed). The easiest way to add pictures to a post would be to go to http://www.forumpictureprocessor.com/pi ... efault.asp and follow the steps and choose BigBendFishing.net from the list of forums. After you have uploaded your picture you can then copy an paste the code generated into your post.

Good report. Not sure what "publicly accessible web server" means. I post from "My Pictures" on my PC all the time. You just have to size them first. When your posting press upload at the bottom, then brouse, that will take you to your PC files like my pictures, pick your picture then open it, press add, place inline, preview, then submit.

I thought someone said that was because site sponsors can do that CS. I may be wrong about that.

Try the instructions I put up. Works like a charm. You have to be a site sponser to upload from the forum.

Go to:
http://www.forumpictureprocessor.com

Create an account. Upload your picture and chose the Big Bend forum and it gives you the string to put for your photo.

Direct posting pics is a great reason for site sponsorship! :-D
