The latest addition to the push pole store...
20-foot Stiffy fiberglass push pole for sale. Virtually indestructible, this heavy-duty fiberglass push pole is the perfect addition to smaller center consoles, skiffs or bay boats. It was previously used on a 16-foot skiff. With a black nylon foot and point, it'll help you get into the shallows where the big fish like to hide. The white finish stays cool to the touch and the pole requires no maintenance, charging, replacement props or anything. Muscle power is the only component necessary for years of care-free operation. (Wheaties not included).
These poles retail for $275, plus tax and shipping. Get this one for $150 and get on the fish!

Dang, silverking... how many you got?! Thought this one was your new one?!
Couple of questions -- how much does this one weigh, and are you in Tallahassee and/or be in the area anytime soon?

Re: Stiffy Fiberglass Push Pole
BBG,
Not as many as fishing rods, but close. Actually I'm selling this one for a friend.
It's not listed on the Stiffy web site, but I just called them and the fiberglass models weigh 6.7 ounces per foot. So with the foot and tip, this one will be around 8.5 pounds. If you plan on poling for hours at a time, that can be a little heavy. If you will pole on occasion, it's fine. Stiffy makes other poles that are lighter. But the cost goes up several hundred dollars as you get lighter.
The pole is located in St. Marks. I'll PM my number and we can arrange a time for you to see it. It's in great shape, but no blemishes or cuts.
