You guys have a great day. I am going to the Memorial Service in Grady County and will have the invocation and benediction, remembering the real reason for the holiday and then go down to the coast to take a friend to lunch who is battling cancer. I won't be on the water but will be near it perhaps. Getting ready to go and wet a hook. You guys post a report. Thanks to everyone out there. Have a safe one. salute3 - Daybreak

Whether a snappy hand salute or a ceremonial rendering, a saber salute or "Present Arms" with a shoulder weapon....each time
I stand with my hand over my heart in silence....it represents a culmination of all I've ever seen or done.

Today, in honor, I give everyone honoring Memorial Day in proper spirit and reverence that honor!

It may be that my sole purpose in life is simply to serve as a warning to others.
