New boat and personal record...great Father's Day
Today was a wonderful Father's Day as I was able to spend a great day on the water with my two wonderful daughters.
My seven year old caught a 20" trout, which was a boat record as well as her bigest catch. As you can see in the pic below, she is very proud (as am I). We'll be looking for some more fish tomorrow morning.

Ask her if she will consider guiding some of us! Nice catch.
Ducks, turkeys, flats fishing. Who has time for golf?

Wow, Tallykenj. Your kids fish better than you, too?
To fish, or not to fish, . . . those are the answers.

Harmsway, I was hoping nobody would realize that. I guess that now I'm always going to take my daughter if I expect to get some keepers.

Maybe they will allow you to salvage some dignity like my son, Brett, affords me. He has been known to say, "But my Dad put me on the fish . . ."tallykenj wrote:Harmsway, I was hoping nobody would realize that. I guess that now I'm always going to take my daughter if I expect to get some keepers.
