Posey's Dock side--- AKA HookWrecks.

Post by bman »

I love fishing and eating in Panacea and had people ask where to find the landing and restaurant.
Sadly Hookwrecks shut down a few months ago.
But the Posey family took over the location and opened up Posey's Dockside.
I thought I'd share a blog I posted on the restaurant.

I think I'll always call it "Hookwreck's" even though ownership has changed. Glad to see the same people going as when they were when it was still HH's
Three-fourths of the Earth's surface is water, and one-fourth is land. It is quite clear that the good Lord intended us to spend triple the amount of time fishing as taking care of the lawn. ~Chuck Clark

Been there. It's nice. I hope they do enough business to stay alive.

John is trying to keep open both Dockside and Up the Creek in Panacea. Both places are good food and I hope he can maintain the quality with both.

I enjoy taking the boat over from Shell Point while fishing. I hope the oil does not take it's toll.

Please support him while we still can.
