Got out early with two buddies- HOT at 6am. Calm with almost no breath of air.
Lots of Lady Fish and Jacks....
But then pay dirt
Fishing drop off ledges from 2-3 feet to 6-8 feet.
All three of us caught trout- good number of shorts. LOTS of ladyfish... schools under the boat at times- handful of sharks.
Typical late summer fishing.
I'm ready to go back

Nice Trout. Glad you all got out and into the fish. I know a lot of folks gripe about Lady fish and Jacks. I think they are a lot of fun and don't mind them as long as I am into some Trout and Reds as well.

Leave the hat on. It was the CHARM!
With that fine catch you might could rent or lease the hat?
