Hello (Intro) and a request for a little info.

Post by Falcon »

Hi All - Scott here back on the forum after a LONG absence (sold my last boat 6 yrs ago and just about quit fishin). Just got back in the boat / fishing business as my kids are finally old enough to really want to go and get to-it now.

Was planning on hitting the flats at St. Marks in the morning (Weds) and was hoping for a little insight as to what is going on down there. I know I can hit th flats and go east, find some 4-8' water and prospect - or go out around the bird rack and float a pin under a ballon for cobe's, but if anyone would care to offer a little more specific info it would be greatly appreciated.

We will be in a Sailfish 182 w/a Yam 90. Hope to meet some of you on the water.

Tight lines and Blue skies

Welcome! I don't have any fishing advice for you, it has been a couple months since I was down there. PM Jumptrout51 he has some numbers where to catch fish and he loves to share! :-D Good luck.

Been catching trout on ledges and drop offs. Check my last panacea posts... St Marks is similar water.
Fish SLOW they are not biting hard.
