Can I launch at Miller Landing?

Post by lonesouth »

The Glastron that is. I've had zero problem launching the BW 13 sport in the past, even if the truck was a little bit off shore, but then that dues have keel rollers and a tilt trailer. Thoughts on launching the 17' glastron there?

You will be just fine at Rhoden Cove. My buddy launched his 25ft C-Hawk there a couple weeks ago and I lauch my 20ft Back Country there twice a week. Not a bad landing at all. I do agree with Bman though, no go on Millers.

thanks guys. I've used rhoden cove, and while doing my wet test at purchase, saw a guy launch a ~23 regal inboard :O.

course he came walking back up the lot 15 minutes later complaining of year old gas...
