When do you think you'll be posting the start and finish times, and the final launch place? Were they already posted and I missed it? I'd like to participate that day and fish out of my house Oyster Bay, and meet up over at Shell Point. I guess the Ramp there will be open for everyone????

Just got word from my wife, we'll be at our Grand Daughter's graduation, out of town on the 22nd. Sorry I'll miss the fun.
Mean while if anyone wants to fish, and I don't have a charter, especially week days let me know. We'll go catch us some fish.

Don,
First and foremost, I'm glad I finally got to meet you Saturday, It was truely a pleasure.
SSSHHHH, those diesels are going to pay for themselves in 2 years or less. I go to the fuel dock every trip now and pay 2.00 and rising per gallon for gas.
With the Diesels I'll go to the fuel dock every 5th trip and pay 1.45 per gallon. Long term it's a good investment as the value of the boat goes up considerably.
It'll be a while before I drop them in but looking at it on paper it makes sense as the season here is year round and I'll use the boat 12 months out of the year.
The trailerable boat thing was a joke. I had one up north that I sold before moving down as it was the wrong boat for bay/coastal fishing on the gulf in my opinion. I'll take my time, find the right deal, and jump on it when it comes along.
I will say though I looked at Skeeter's new website and line of skinny water boats and am very impressed. I'd love to have something like that.
