I ran into some of the KA gents at HammaKnockers this evening and they advised that you could register in the morning. They said that only 13 boats has signed up thus far, but that historically that number doubled on tourney day. I told them that there was some confusion over the question of "could you sign up the day of the tourney or not" and they advised you could. I hope this helps. Of course, I realize that the tourney is only 6 hours away. I just got in and wanted to make the post in case anyone checked before heading out. Scoop.
