Let 'em lock it... no liberal can argue against the detailed history I took the time to lay out for them... and I've got a business to run in order to finance their failed policies. :smt011

For those of you who took the time to read the history, consider it, and offered kind words, many thanks.

Yeppers! :-D And funny you ask that, as Bman and I were debating that very subject when fishing not long ago.

I said anyone so married to the Corps couldn't be too awfully liberal, but Bman replied that the lack of support for TEAM "HUNTING SECTION" made him surprised you don't fall down when walking due to leaning over so far to the left... his words not mine!

I thought censorship was a conservative thing.

Quixote wrote:I still want BBG to show me the chart that shows how many illegals and welfare people had their beach properties foreclosed on. would also like to see the chart on how any gov. program caused the failure of Wakulla bank(seeing as how that was the original subject, not what bbg has turned it into)
Someone always tries to flop a mackerel in a mullet supper. Look at the numbers. The failure of all of the beach condos is less than 1% of this problem and a lot of those owners are going to have to make good on the difference. Wakulla Bank failed, as did most like it, because the huge waive of bad debt caused by the lending process that BBG laid out so well caused a near complete collapse of the housing market. BTW, that is also what happened the condo market. Now take that smelly mackerel out of that grease! salute1

And how about those closed-door meetings on transparency, MudDucker. No censorship there! :smt012

And Tom, you're right... it USED to be a conservative thing. Why I'm not a democrat anymore AND not a repub either... just a fiscally conservative independent ready for some azz-kicking come November.

Man, some of you guys are so narrow minded that you just can't see anything other than what you're being fed. just because someone does'nt agree with bbg and his groupies, doesn't make someone a lib. And if youj would take the time to actually look at Wakulla banks balance sheet you would see what I'm talking about. Add to that I actually had a deep conversation with one of the directors about it.
But you guys just keep on keeping on. all that you say is correct, I'll give give that, just not in this case, with this bank.

Well unlike failures due to the gooberment, if it was poor decision making, sue the directors. They have insurance to pay their claims, so in the end everyone is happy but the yankees (insurance co.).

I have seen one or two that have failed or probably will fail due to stupidity. One here in town loaned nearly a 1/4th of their lending pool to a huge subdivision project in Henry Co. that went belly up. I hear some shareholders are licking their chops waiting to sue over that one when it fails. Stock used to be north of $60 and traded at $0.38 last week. :smt009

But then again, the big collapse that has caused all other real estate to collapse, including projects that now look stupid, was the gooberment manipulation of the market. Mackereal out of da greeze man.
