Lake Miccosukee water level...

Post by bman »

Ive got a new listing out near the lake so I went to Reeves Landing to look at the water level last night.

It sure does not look low here.... one of the old timers said there is a ridge across the lake that holds water on the north end.
Has anyone been down near the dam and seen if the water is down on the Southern pool?

Was out there on east end Wed. wondering where all the ducks went. In my mind, it was about a footish low, which I would expect due to dry weather for months. Do not think the sink is to blame. If it is, this is only minimal effect IMO.

The real problem is bird scarcity....
