NFGFC Meeting Tomorrow Night
Please join us in kicking a brand new year for the North Florida Gulf Fishing Club. This Thursday, January 6, we will be announcing our tournament schedule, introducing our 2011 officers and going over some great new things we have in store.
We look forward to seeing everyone at Beef O'Brady's on Thomasville Road in Tallahassee at 7:00pm or come earlier and swap fishing tales.

When will the website be up and running? I've tried to log on 10 different times.
Also, anyone interested in old Florida Sportsman magazines. I hate to just dump them.

Great meeting last night, hope you're feeling better Ashley.
Aman did raise a question I wasn't sure how you wanted to answer. For slot tournies the big trout pot will go to a 20" fish. Can over-slot fish still be weighed for big trout of the year honors (ie. a Matthew's Fishin Styx) at those tournies, even though it can't be part of the stringer?
Thanks

In the end we will conserve only what we love. We will love only what we understand. And we will understand only what we are taught.
Re: NFGFC Meeting Tomorrow Night
Great question but my feeling is to win Overall Big Fish it has to be part of the tournament,so the answer is no we cannot weigh in fish over 20'' on slot tournament days.
