A new St. Marks river question?

Post by Hit-n-Miss »

If you launch at the fort what river are you in? If you launch and go left do you pass sheilds and then the power plant? If you go right to that river(which one is it?) and then go right is there good fishing that way? Thinking of going next sat. Thanks for help I'm not real familiar with that area. :-D

Launch at the Fort into the St.Marks.
Left past Shields is the St. Marks.
Right then up,is the Wakulla River.
Right then left is the St. Marks to the Gulf.
Yes,you can fish and catch in both.
WHOSE FISH IS IT?

:-D Which way would be best right now? And what would be the best way to fish it(grubs, shrimp)? We usually fish Ecofina and Keaton. Willing to trade Jumptrout's holes for my Ecofina trout spots or Keaton scallop spots? Thanks. Say hey if you see my yellow kenner.

Jig head. Better feel of the strike and won't hang up as much. I'd stick with shrimp if you're going to fish bait at all.
