What do you guys use to repel sand gnats?? They seem to love me!

Bounce dryer sheets. Rub them on your legs and arms and the sand gnats won't mess with you!

I wipe some Pine Sol around the boat and it seems to keep the bugs away... I'll try the Bounce dryer sheets idea too... nothing ruins a good time on the water like bugs

Peanut butter, then you scrap it off with a cracker when you get back to the truck. Yummy!

With the Bounce dryer sheets, while shooting sporting clays in Savanna Ga (the mother load of sand nats) we would also safety pin the sheet on the rear of our hats and our shooting vest. The more you put on the better. I have seen some shooters with 5 or 6 pined to their hat and or vest.
I think the 100% deet works best if you can use it.
