Well be amazed again Chalk. I eat white and red roe from Mullet. :lick: I eat red roe from most other species of fish, both fresh water and salt. Mullet red roe cost almost $8.00 a pound at the fish market when it's in season. :o

I like roe especially from mullet.

I prefer the red but will eat the white.
The white is good fried hard with Tabasco sauce onit with cheese grits!!!

Some types of sushi is served with flying fish roe on top.
I like it too and it's raw.
It's a small world, unless you had to paint it.
