Who else has one on thier boat?
What position do you use when running the outboard?
From left to right the selector on my boat says: 2 ALL 1 OFF
Battery Isolater switch?
Moderators: bman, Chalk, Tom Keels
It depends on the battery it self if one is low charge that one if both are low you can charge both at the same time....the only thing is it will take twice as long o charge the batterys...I perfure to do one at a time seams to be easer on the hole system..........when not in use I would use the off part of the switch.....that way you are sure you and not pulling the batterys down with something left on or a short electrical system.......Just my 2 cents hope it helps out....

Thanks Jere.
I posted the question on some other forums and got pretty good response.
I was at my friends shop last night troublesooting (easter egging) until about 11;00pm.
Needless to say Mrs. Deyafish was not very happy about it. I haven't told her that it'll probably happen again tonight

It's a small world, unless you had to paint it.
