I predict the cold snap will turn their return to the flats, and send them back into the creeks in great numbers.
To fish, or not to fish, . . . those are the answers.

You must have lots of money to be able to say that. :smt012 As it is I am looking at only being able to afford to go only once a month. So I want to go under optimal conditions.

Not at all but my wife & I work very hard and as such we will enjoy the fruits of our labor. If that means I have to sell a few more rods, work a little over or give up going out for lunch or dinner then those are sacrifices that I'm willing to make.

Sitting at home is doing absolutely nothing for this economy & if we're planning on letting the government get us out of this mess & turn it around, then sir you're going to be waiting a long dang time to get back to the water.

If I had to pay for all the gas myself, I probably couldnt go every weekend either. Maybe every other weekend. As it is I always try to find a friend to go with. Most of the time I just get them to pull my boat and I take care of the gas in the boat and other supplies. Pretty fair deal I think.

Nothing wrong with that at all.

win the tourney and gas is paid for...I look at it as a short term investment. Especially when you're competing against ShortTrout51
