Stradic 2000

I've got a Stradic 2000 with anti reverse issues. I used Bill Colson previously for repairs, but will need someone else now. Any suggestions?

I have a friend that just sent his back to Shimano with the same issue. It was a Stradic 2000 he bought in 1999. It was a very reasonable fee and it is like a new one now.

Did you, by chance clean it recently?? The anti-reverse bearings Shimano uses are real bad about not working if you put too much lube on them. You may want to try removing the grease or oil if you cleaned it just before the problem started.
