Keaton Beach, Saturday 3/26
Launched a little after noon Saturday with a buddy out of Yates Creek. We knew the wind was going to be blowing, so we decided to stay close and let the high winds take us North. Wind was blowing pretty good. We fished about 4 hours and managed 2 keeper reds, one 16" trout and a keeper spanish. That was about the only hits we had the whole time. Despite wind, short rain spell and slow bite, we had a good time. Got back to the camper, grilled out steaks, drank a couple cerveza's and hit the rack. Can't wait to get back.
"Plan for the worst."

Sorry about your slow catching day.
You must have been fishing ReelCowboys' holes.
