Great. I just ate about 20 dozen oysters from Apachicola last week at St. George...

After eating 20 dozen oysters, I'd be able to $### through a screen door even if there was no bacteria. :-D
Did they test the actual oysters before they closed down the fishery?
Seems to me that if they tested the oysters and they didn't have the bacteria while still in the water, they must have been contaminated somewhere else along the process.
