we wanted this website to grow? Seems to me we have some individuals on here that have a smart comment on almost every single post. As a sponsor, some of these comments just look terribly rude and if I was a newbie, I probably would move on to another site. We should welcome anyone to this site and be glad they are here. Just my opinion!

Thank you for giving me the opportunity to look at my own actions. I might be guilty of said comments in the past and I hope I have not hurt anyone's feelings.

I try not to be a smarta.. to newbies untill they have learned ta ignor what ever I say

but them that have been reading the forum for a bit already know about me

but I do agree that some git a bit defensive or uptight when certain subjects are breached "by a newby or an old timer"

I appreaciate all of your comments and agree. Fun is fun but if this forum is to be about fishing and fishing related subjects then we may need to reduce the amount of BS.

I've never seen any Newby not welcomed.

Lots of good folks on this forum. Some are good fishermen as well!

Thanks CairoTrout for bringing up the subject.

They'll have to grow some thicker skin if Wevans is over here full time now.

Fishing forums are fun, but there is only so much discussion you can have on popping corks and gulps.

You're right about that. I found out 4 years ago that Stainless Steel catches alot more fish than Treble Hooks.

Its also alot cooler at 12am, and no chance of a sun burn.
