St Marks 5/28/2011

Post by mojokoko »

Mook and I got up early to catch the early tidal pattern. We headed somewhere east of the lighthouse and were able to get Trout
at a regular pace for most of the day. We got mostly keepers in the 16 to 17 range, a few 18 I think, I also got a nice fat 21 inch
Trout. We also had some pretty big blowups but nothing took :( All in all it was a good day out on the water. All the fish were
caught on Azume White Topwater, Pink Zulu, and a Bite-a-Bait.
Team Diehard -> Will Fish on an Inner-tube with a small craft advisory. Booyah

I went somewhere east of the lighthouse also. Fished all of JT's holes around there and only caught 2 keepers. I did manage a keeper Red at one of my holes, but released him as he was only 19"
Fish were caught on gulp under cork, mirrolure, gulp no cork.
