NFGFC Carabelle Results 06/04/11

We had a good turnout for the Tournament 17 boats showed up at C Quarters in Carrabelle ready to catch some fish. The conditions was great with a nice wind forecast and hot weather.

The Team of Brian Showman, Matthew Jacobs and Matt Cramer took top honors with 9.50 lbs worth $175.00

2nd Place went to the Team of Heath Sanders and Trevor Moncrief weighing 5 Trout at 9.23 lbs worth $105.00.

3rd Place went to the Team of Matt Howell and Michael Aman with there 5 Trout weighing 9.10 lbs worth $70.00.

Matt Cramer caught the Biggest Trout of the tournament weighing 2.84 lbs worth $175.00.

Steve Taylor won the Big Redfish Pot with a 6.99 lb Red worth $270.00

The Badcock and More Mystery fish was a pompano and the were not any weighed in so this will role over to the next tourney in July

Kevin’s Big Flounder went to Chris Lewis with a 1.58lber good for a $50.00 Gift Card from Kevin’s.

Current Leader for the Matthew’s Fishin Stix Big Redfish of the year Matt Cramer 7.95 lbs.
Current Leader for the Matthew’s Fishin Stix Big Trout of the year Chuck Collins 5.63 lbs.

Congrats to all the winners and I hope to see everyone at the next Tournament June 4 2011 in Carrabelle.

If our 5 trout had just a few more worms, we might have been in the money :wink: .... wormiest fish I've seen all year! :lick: It was fun....looking forward to the next one.

It was a great tournament, just wish we'd had more players.

Aren't all 4 of the top boats from Georgia?

Your boat is from Georgia,but the people that caught the fish from it are from Florida.
That is what they told me anyway.

Our day was the definition of team effort. They caught, I netted. Probably a lot like your day.
