CONGRATULATION WALDO, SHE HAS GOT TO BE A GREAT WOMAN TO PUT UP WITH YOUR ANTICS THAT LONG. KEEP WORKING ON IT , WE WILL HAVE OUR 65 TH ANNIVERSITY THE 27TH OF JUNE. BABE AND I HAVE KNOW EACH OTHER FOR OVER 80 YEARS.. WHEN I WAS A YOUNG MAN I THOUGHT IF I EVER GOT TO 50 YRS. OF AGE I WOULD BE AN OLD MAN, SINCE I AM 89 , I DO NOT KNOW HOW LONG YA HAVE TO LIVE TO BE OLD. I DON'T FEEL LIKE I THINK A OLD PERSON SHOULD FEEL EXCEPT WHEN I FIRST TRY TO GET OUT OF BED IN THE MORNING, THEN I FEEL LIKE I AM 100.

Congratulaions! Me and my bride will celebrate 29 in July, that is if she don't kill me and hide the body before then. ;-)
Its a wonderful day in the neighborhood!

I'll have to chime in on this one too.
My 29th anniversary is coming up in July too.
We meet and married while I was in the Rangers and this woman signed on for the long haul.
She followed me and the Army all over creation and into retirement.

Wevans....congratulations to you and your bride!
Y'all have a good time today, tonight and for the next 29 years!

I'm seeing a distinct pattern here of long and loving marriages  maybe fishers do it longer after all :-D I'm sure most of us will attribute the longevity of our marriage to the women who have learned to put up with us and look past our failings   We ahd a GREAT anniversary weekend

Or maybe we fishers have found a way to get some alone time and give our spouses some time away from us.

A very worthy accomplishment Wevans. Congratulations! A man can do great things in this life, earm lots of money or fame, but to me how a man treats his family says more about him than anything else he does.
