WANTED Pathfinder 2200 TE,XL, or V
I am looking for a Pathfinder 2200 TE, XL, or V. I mostly do inshore fishing but would like something that can handle a good day to go 10 miles offshore. I would like for it to be ready to just drop in and fish. I do not want a boat with any spider cracks, submerged boat/motor, or anything of that nature. I would like it to have a power pole w/ remotes, color depfinder/fishfinder (preferably hummingbird), 24v minn kota trolling motor with a foot pedal, speakers with a cd player/radio/ect..., at least a Yamaha 200 VMax series 2 or bigger, or a VMax SHO 200 or bigger, I would like it to have a T-top but it doesnt have too, IT NEEDS TO BE A CLEAN BOAT, I will not buy a dirty or semi-dirty boat that is not well maintained. Also please post pictures along with price, yr, make and model.

Good luck. I don't think I've ever seen a pathfinder with an electric motor with a foot pedal. There may be one out there, but more likely is a remote controlled electric like the iPilot. I have the boat that you described(except I only have a 150), and love it. I'm sure you will be happy if you end up with one. I hope you find what you are looking for.

Call Dale @ Big Bend Marine & tell him what you want & he'll sell you one. They keep several in stock.

New ones don't have them but anything put in the water will have them somewhere.Chill-N-Grill wrote:I thought spider cracks were standard on all boatsCairoTrout wrote:I have never seen one without spider or stress cracks

You sure must not have seen many Pathfinders; or other Maverick Boat Co boats. Stress cracks are very rare on them, unless of course they've been abused.CairoTrout wrote:I have never seen one without spider or stress cracks

As much as they cost, they should be able to take a bunch of abuse.

Don't get me wrong, I like pathfinders, they are great boats but the majority of them develop stress cracks.

The SeaArk doesn't have any stress cracks and it is going on 6 years old.
But then, aluminum can stress without cracking.(Except the seams on G-3's,Express,Triton etc.)
SeaArks don't crack.

Re: WANTED Pathfinder 2200 TE,XL, or V
I was pretty stressed about the spider crack demands. Thanks for lightening up the mood CT and all else. I just have a small one to coincide with joint pounding offshore trips.
