indian pass tarpon

will be fishing end of month my question is how do you normally rig up.Is it bottom with big carolina rig or are you floating bait back.Any help would be nice normally fish destin but nothing to keep offshore so why not catch something we relaese anyway.Will also be fishing trout and reds and any help there would be great thanks.

Freeline a menhaden on a 10/0 circle hook. Look for the fish busting or rolling around the schools of bait between the lighthouse and west pass. Good luck.
