Keaton Scallops

Post by redbelly7 »

I'm heading down this upcoming weekend, 15th, and do you experienced folks feel that the scallops will be in the 4 to 5' areas then? Does anyone have any reports from the last day or two in Keaton?

10' is what I've been hearing for around there.

Just to update, we found plenty in the 10' water, but it's hell on an old fellow. The kids did ok. Saturday late afternoon, we did great in 5'. To all of the more experienced scallopers, will they get in shallower water next month?
