A unique website dedicated to fishing information from Florida's Northern Big Bend. This includes the area from the Econfina River west to the Apalachicola River
I see a lot of guests browsing the forum, but they don't register with the board. I encourage you to register if you have not done so. Even if you don't want to post yet, you can still register and help out the site. I assure that you will be welcomed.
If you like the site and want to see it continue then please register so I can show potential advertisers how many folks we have on the boards.
Hey Tom....
UHm Sometimes I have logged on and I reply to a message, then the next topic I look at I'm not logged in anymore. Also when I log in I usually forget to log out. Are any of these things problems to you?
I just want to make sure I'm not clogging up your space or anything.
and if you haven't heard this in a while, then thanks for this site I love it. (you can pass that along to those that help you too.)
Another forum I've seen won't let you access the "Fishing Reports" section if you aren't a registered member of the site. Would BBF ever do this? I'd certainly think that registration numbers would rise dramatically...
Chat is accessible to members only, but no info stored, except for Tom and possibly his side kick Chalk. I've seen several boards where the Off Topic section is members only.
I started the site on the premise that information should exchange freely. I actually hate when I go to a site and can't read a post without registering. I will never have a "members only" set of forums that are for pay or registration only. The only reason you have to register to post is to keep the spambots off the site.

They would actually decline IMO...to many free read forums, no need to register to read or view the same stuff you get for free here or other places. I have only registered at one site like this and the only reason for that was to read what they said about me and Birddog
The reason certain sites require you to register to view Off Topic is because you probably accepted their rules and released them from any harm or foul from adult oriented topics in the Off Topic area
