R.I.P. CURADO
Sunday was a bad day for me on lake Talquin as a Catfish snatched my BRAND NEW CURADO AND FALCON ROD out of the back of One Keeper. Got sick went home.

Which model Curado?

Re: R.I.P. CURADO
Had a pole snatched off the boat yesterday.
Luckily a live pin on another line had snagged the line and we were able to retrieve the rod, but lost the fish.
I have had this happen a few times an have only lost one rod. We always seem to snag them back.

Kevin's had a few left on the shelf a few weeks ago. But you might want to look at the Chronarch, basically a supped up Curado for about the same money. I've been very happy with mine.

Re: R.I.P. CURADO
That 'will' hurt your feelings. Sorry.
I too, lost a rod, Penn outfit, back in the summer. Whatever it was took one of these heavy plastic rodholders with it. My fault for using 80lb braid and too heavy a leader. Dumb, dumb, dumb..on my part.

Sorry about your loss.
A reminder to me to check my drag. Odd how we can think of those thing after the fact!
Enough to make you sick.
