Will there be advance registration at the club meeting Thursday for Saturday's tournament?

Also, if we can launch anywhere, is it honor fishing at first light? In other words, can we skip check-in Saturday morning if we've pre-registered?

My plan is to be advance registration if nothing comes up that I can't make the meeting.
Yes you can skip check in if preregistered.
