The Chug Heads definitely work. Takes an extra step to rig, but they're a great way to add some noise to a jerk bait.

Thanks Silverking, think I'll try some.

Around floating grass and when the fish are playing around on top of the water should be good time to try.

That site usually has a lot of "deals"... I'm a tight wad and probably one of his biggest customers.

KyTrkyHuntr, beautiful fish! Thanks for sharing.

Juan, hope there is nothing wrong with being a tight wad. Makes sense to me to buy more for less.

Thanks! I should have added that those were caught rigged with the "lip up". It makes a "chugging" or "gulping" action on top and just right under the surface to create the noise if you're working it up on top. When it goes subsurface it will work in a "back and forth" motion kinda like "walking the dog" under water...... They hammered it both days subsurface in about 2-3'... Hope this helps!

Thanks KyTrkyHuntr for more details.

Yes it helped! Made an order and can't wait:) I'll be draging them in all night!

Sad how things doesn't exactly work out like in a dream.

Got my brother fired up and he ordered some plus more bait and he's got more bait than the bait store.

FALL fever!

To fish, or not to fish, . . . those are the answers.
