Ty:

Since the home is at ground level, have you had any water overwash issues during the storms?

KLONG, Don't know if I will be around Shell Point this weekend. I'm headed to Apalachicola Saturday for the Seafood Festival.

EddieJoe, The last time places at Shell Point flooded was in 2005 during Hurricane Dennis. In this place the interior walls and installation was replaced and new carpet installed.
